Volunteer Roles
Student Placements
We are accepting student placements to assist in the development of our products and services, as well as assigning them to homes.
If you are in Recreation Therapy, Social Services or a related field that requires a placement that fits our mission, vision and values you are also welcome to apply.
Community Engagement
Assist at Vendor shows or pop-ups and help us advertise our services to the community. During this time you will be representing MemoraCare alongside the owners and other Volunteers.
You will assist with recruiting Volunteers and families who could benefit from our services.
Imagine being able to connect a family to a volunteer and the impact that can make on their lives.
Friendly Visitors
Become a friendly visitor for 1.5 hours per week and be assigned to an older adult or person with dementia in your area. During your time with them you will be helping them stay connected to their memories and loved ones by simply scanning a QR code that will have access to photos and videos from families, or opportunities for virtual calling.
During our trial phase, Volunteers will actually be helping to shape the technology that we are creating by simply providing feedback.
